Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
Please explain increases and decreases in personal services, current expenses, repairs and alterations, assets, other costs and revenues, including assumptions and data sources and delineation between start-up and ongoing costs. Please also include a long-range schedule of costs and revenues if fiscal impact is expected to vary in future years.
Estimates are based upon 50% participation of the 4700 medical doctors with a primary practice location in West Virginia (2350).
- The cost of 2350 decals is estimated to be $600
- Database development of an on-line application, 20 hours @ $130.00 per hour, the estimated cost is $2,600.00
- Staff time to process and issue decal would be approximately 0.25 hours per application request. based on $20.00 per hour the total personnel cost for would be $11,750.00
- To mail decals via certified mail at $6.04 per mailer, the estimated cost is $14,194.
-Estimated administrative penalties are unknown.
-Future costs are contingent upon participation and unknowable.
