Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
This bill would not increase the allocation of funds to the Industrial Access Road Fund
from the State Road Fund. The bill contemplates the possibilities of also including
shared county funds and matching federal funds. The DOH already manages IAR projects, and the expected increase in IAR projects resulting from this bill would potentially increase internal expenses by an estimate 1/4 of an FTE or $16,875 annually.
Memorandum
Please identify any areas of vagueness, technical defects, reasons a bill would not have a fiscal impact, and/or any special issues not captured elsewhere on this form.
