The Committee Substitute for SB104 provides for a flat salary increase of $5,000 for any class of mine safety inspectors, up from $4,000 as introduced. The proposed raise would require an increase of $546,750 in General Revenue funds. Personal Services: $405,000 Benefits: $141,750
