Please explain increases and decreases in personal services, current expenses, repairs and alterations, assets, other costs and revenues, including assumptions and data sources and delineation between start-up and ongoing costs. Memorandum
This legislation would provide for salary increases for elected county officials which would decrease the county general revenue fund, however, with the new language, it gives the county commission the ability to make the determination if county revenues are sufficient for the payment of the increase in salaries.
