The proposed legislation expands the Learn and Earn Program to the State baccalaureate institutions for a two-year pilot program. In its current form, this legislation does not have any fiscal impact on the West Virginia Department of Education because the program is administered by the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission (HEPC).
