The increase in revenue de-pends on the number of write-in candidates- the office that the candidate runs for - and whether the candidate is re-quired to file his/her certificate of announcement with the Secretary of State's Office. This will de-pend entirely on how many individuals choose to file given the new fee structure. The historical da-ta is not helpful. There will be no re-duction in revenue.
