The purpose of this bill is to require training on the uses and indications of certain drugs for pregnant women.
The Office of the Inspector General does not anticipate that this bill will affect current or future revenues and expenses. The bill does not create a new fund or program. The requirement to ensure healthcare providers complete the referenced training in order to be licensed can be absorbed by the current programs within the Office of Health Facility Licensure and Certification.
