House Bill 5515, if enacted, would revise outdated provisions within W.V. Code Chapter 23 Article 4 and 5, which pertains to the administration of workers' compensation claims. The bill also repeals obsolete code sections and modifies the number of Board of Review members from five to at least three but no more than five. Memorandum


House Bill 5515, if enacted, would revise outdated provisions within W.V. Code Chapter 23 Article 4 and 5, which pertains to the administration of workers' compensation claims. The bill also repeals obsolete code sections and modifies the number of Board of Review members from five to at least three but no more than five. HB5515 would have no fiscal impact on the WV Offices of the Insurance Commissioner.
