Please explain increases and decreases in personal services, current expenses, repairs and alterations, assets, other costs and revenues, including assumptions and data sources and delineation between start-up and ongoing costs. Please also include a long-range schedule of costs and revenues if fiscal impact is expected to vary in future years. A part-time position will need to be added to support a new group of people requiring a license to work in WV. This position will serve in the licensing function. The IT requirements to incorporate these individuals into our licensing system are needed. This will add additional work for the discipline department when complaints are submitted.

Memorandum

Please identify any areas of vagueness, technical defects, reasons a bill would not have a fiscal impact, and/or any special issues not captured elsewhere on this form. Have been informed that there are between 15 and 20 individuals in our state who would be affected. $500.00 for 20 individuals = $10,000, leaving additional funding needs of $50,000. Where would the funds originate from to meet the expenses? We are funded by fees of RNs, APRNs, and Dialysis Technicians.
