There would be an administrative cost of $35 per hour at 100 labor hours to track the incoming and outgoing funds.
Memorandum
The Division estimates a minimal cost since the intent of the bill is to create a special revenue fund from legislative appropriations, grants, gifts, devises, and donations from any public or private source.
