This Bill will have no fiscal impact upon the West Virginia Division of Corrections as we currently have Policy and provide all feminine hygiene products to our female inmates at both juvenile and adult facilities.

Memorandum
The reason there would be no fiscal impact is WVDCR has in place policy and procedures that allow females at both Juvenile and adult facilities to receive feminine hygiene products at no cost to the female population.
