Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
It is estimated that 7 engineers would need to be hired to perform rolling inspections of all PSDs. At an average salary of $90,000 + and additional 35% for benefits = $850,500.
It is estimated that 7 Utilities Analyst would need to be hired to perform audits on all PSDs. At an average salary of $61,000 + an additional 35% for benefits = $576,450.
The PSC would also face increased travel expense estimated to be $50,000 per year.
