No direct impact on our agency but will impact the registry input from law enforcement agencies at the State, County, and Local level. This may also include Emergency Management agencies at all levels. This bill amends code to create a "Persons with Disabilities Registry" that can be developed and maintained in a database by local law enforcement agencies listing persons who have developmental, psychological, or other disabilities or conditions that may be relevant to their interactions with law enforcement officers.
