SB827 establishes a policy to execute a road maintenance/repair agreement in association with entrance permits for all oil and gas operations. Some of these are covered by current agreements. The cost or new revenue will be dependent on the development activity, which cannot be determined. The bill does add pipeline activities to the covered operations.
