There will be additional costs for programming existing software to capture penalties assessed to employers that refuse to make necessary records available for audit, inspection, or fraud investigation. The programming cost is estimated to cost approximately $5,000. This bill will generate no additional revenue and will be fully funded by existing federal grants.
