Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
House Bill 4360, if enacted, would allow certain military service to satisfy the requirement of community service required to qualify for the for the West Virginia Invests Grant Program. It would also require reimbursement to certain grant recipients that were required to repay a grant for failure to meet the community service eligibility requirement.
The costs associated with this legislation are not sufficient to require additional state appropriations.
