Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Department of Health and Human Resources to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Childhood Lead Screening.
The Department anticipates no fiscal impact from this legislation as the rule update is to conform to newer blood lead levels from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) that indicate lead poisoning in children.
