Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
As currently written, the purpose of this bill is to require the Department of Commerce to investigate and prepare a plan for development of an adventure travel program in this state.

If it were to remain with the Department of Commerce, the Deputy Secretary/General Counsel has recommended that due to the workload capacity of the current staff, this would require one additional FTE/
