Please also include a long-range schedule of costs and revenues if fiscal impact is expected to vary in future years. The OGCC currently has one FTE. The addition of a second FTE would be necessary to facilitate the processing of the applications to meet demand and the time sensitive requirements proposed in the legislation. Current expenses would be impacted to include but not limited to additional website storage, newspaper legal ad costs, mailing expenses, travel expense reimbursements and per diems for the two additional commission members. It is anticipated that the aforementioned costs would vary each year but would continue for the foreseeable future.
