It will not have any monetary impact. The West Virginia Water Development Authority receives a set amount of Excess Lottery Revenues annually for the Infrastructure Fund. The WDA is the fiduciary for this fund. This SB584 will not change that amount. It only increases the funds that can be allocated for a critical needs project.
