If this legislation passes and accessible parking becomes cost free, annual parking revenue at the Capitol Complex would decrease by approximately $14,160.



Memorandum


If this legislation passes and accessible parking becomes cost free, annual parking revenue at the Capitol Complex would decrease by approximately $14,160. The Department of Administration has no way of estimating accessible parking revenue for properties outside of the Complex. Costs are charged for parking at many state buildings located throughout the state, including higher education institutions.
