House Bill 2029, if enacted would remove the authority of DHHR to establish and maintain an all-payor claims database.
HB2029 would have no fiscal impact on the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner.
The Department of Health and Human Resources should be consulted about the fiscal impact of HB2029 to their agency.
