Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The purpose of this bill is to amend WV Code ยง33-59-1 relating to diabetes; reducing copayments; adding coverage for devices; and permitting testing equipment to be purchased without a prescription. PEIA is exempt from Article 59 of Chapter 33, and accordingly, there will be no fiscal impact to PEIA if the proposed bill is passed.
