If a new revenue source could be provided to solidify such a program would be vitally important. It is hard to estimate the amount of product there is statewide for provide a more adequate summary.

Memorandum
Our first steps in coordination and working with the Department of Environmental Protection would be to survey all departments for their current inventory that would be involved in the disposal program; second step would be to formulate a RFQ to get a close cost estimate.
