HB 2507 is an agency bill requested by WV Department of Transportation (DOT) to update and clarify provisions of the State Employees Grievance System. The bill revises time frames for submitting documents, clarifies the responsibilities of the agency head or grievance evaluator during the level one process and specifies how much time an employee may spend during work hours preparing for or attending grievance conferences or hearings. Other process related changes similar to the ones listed are included.
