Fiscal Note Summary

Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.

No impact. The fees and categories are already set forth in statute for the various licensing boards responsible, and in Board of Pharmacy rules for the Board of Pharmacy in particular. This statutory change would merge the various sources of the registrations and fees in one statute, and keep the exact same fees as are already charged by statute and rule. The statute would then permit the licensing boards responsible to adjust fees in the future by legislative rule. Because none of the fees are changing due to these statutory revisions, there should be no fiscal impact.
