Memorandum


While this legislation is necessary because the family court system is aging and some employees have exceeded the caps as a result of statutory across-the-board pay increases for state employees, it just removes the caps to ensure complete statutory compliance and does not provide any additional compensation; therefore, this bill does not have any fiscal impact on the Judiciary.
