Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
The estimated cost of a 2% across the board pay increase granted to eligible employees of the Division of Highways (DOH) would be approximately $2,943,000. Noting, the eligible employee's annual salary would be less than $50,000 on the effective date of this Act (July 1, 2015) The total DOH eligible employee count as of February 12, 2015 is 4,969.
