Fiscal Note Summary

Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.

It is estimated that there will be no additional costs or savings to the State as a result of the transfer of the operations and ownership of the Cedar Lakes Camp and Conference Center from the West Virginia Board of Education to the Department of Agriculture. However, the Consolidated Public Retirement Board (CPRB) would have to determine whether there would be any costs associated with the transfer of the assets and service credit of the employees of the camp and conference center from the TRS to the PERS.
