Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
SB624 decreases the minimum number of live race days a thoroughbred racing licensee must conduct to obtain a racing license. The bill also provides greater flexibility to the Racing Commission to determine the required number of live race days for a licensee and addresses the procedures by which such determinations shall be made.
