Memorandum
This Bill would have no direct impact on Revenue or Expenditures at a State Fund Level. Since this bill has permissive language we don’t see it as an unfunded mandate for counties. The only cost to the county would be additional bookkeeping to manage this special collection which should be a minimal cost.
