The Division of Labor received no General Revenue for FY2018.
With the passage of Committee Substitute for HB4350, the Division of Labor will need $325,000 in General Revenue to comply with its mandated obligations.
HB4350, by repealing the Regulation and Control of Bedding and Upholstery Businesses Act (47-1A), the Division will lose an estimated $325,000 in special revenue.
