The measure requires the West Virginia Division of Highways (DOH) to study the feasibility of implementing a comprehensive sponsorship program for our facilities. The feasibility study will determine the impact to costs and revenue. If the study shows the programs are feasible (net positive revenue) the DOH will implement the appropriate sponsorship programs.
