Summarize in a clear and concise manner what impact this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government. Currently the Division of Highways (DOH) cooperates with the WV State Police to place "Amber and Silver Alerts" on it Dynamic Message Signs. The infrastructure and personnel are already in place to facilitate "Green Alerts". Staff time and cost should be minimal to implement and respond when "Green Alerts" would be issued.
