There are two special revenue funds as part of this bill:
1) Fund code 6703-Veterans Facilities Support. This is an appropriated fund and is used to maintain and operate the Veterans Nursing facility in Clarksburg.
2) Fund code 6706-Veterans Cemetery Fund. This is a non-appropriated fund and is used to help support the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery in Institute.
The Department of Veterans Assistance consists of two facilities, one is the Veterans Nursing Facility in Clarksburg and the other is the Veterans Home in Barboursville.
The bill makes reference to providing "nursing home and health care for aged and disabled veterans" which is the Veterans Nursing facility in Clarksburg. There are a few lines that are not clear (lines 4, 10 and 13).
The bill makes reference to the Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety on line 19 when talking about the Veterans Cemetery, should be the Department of Veterans Assistance.
