A BILL expiring funds to the balance of the West Virginia Enterprise Resource Planning Board - Enterprise Resource Planning System Fund, fund 9080, fiscal year 2018, organization 0947, in the amount of $1,133,000 from the Auditor’s Office – Securities Regulation Fund, fund 1225, fiscal year 2018, organization 1200, and in the amount of $1,133,000 from the Treasurer’s Office, Banking Services Expense Fund, fund 1322, fiscal year 2018, organization 1300 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.

WHEREAS, The Governor finds that the account balances in the Auditor’s Office – Securities Regulation Fund, fund 1225, fiscal year 2018, organization 1200, and in the Treasurer’s Office, Banking Services Expense Fund, fund 1322, fiscal year 2018, organization 1300 exceed that which is necessary for the purposes for which the accounts were established; therefore

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That the balance of fund available for expenditure in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, to the Auditor’s Office – Securities Regulation Fund, fund 1225, fiscal year 2018, organization 1200, be decreased by expiring the amount of $1,133,000, and to the Treasurer’s Office, Banking Services Expense Fund, fund 1322, fiscal year 2018, organization 1300 be decreased by expiring the amount of $1,133,000, all to the West Virginia Enterprise Resource Planning Board - Enterprise Resource Planning System Fund, fund 9080, fiscal year 2018, organization 0947, to be available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.

 

NOTE: The purpose of supplemental appropriation bill is expire funds to the Enterprise Resource Planning System Fund for the fiscal year 2018.
