AN ACT to amend and reenact §30-38-19 of the Code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to continuation of the R
eal Estate
Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §30-38-19 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended,
be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 38. THE REAL ESTATE APPRAISER LICENSING AND
CERTIFICATION ACT.
§30-38-19. Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board
continued.
Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code, the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification
Board shall continue to exist until the first day of July, two
thousand thirteen, unless sooner terminated, continued or
reestablished.
