A BILL making a supplementary appropriation from the balance of moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven, in the West Virginia board of examiners for speech-language pathology and audiology, account no. fund 8646, fiscal year 1997, organization 0930, all supplementing and amending the appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven.

Whereas, The governor has established that there now remains an unappropriated balance in the
West Virginia board of examiners for speech-language pathology and audiology, account no. fund 8646, fiscal year 1997, organization 0930, available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That chapter eight, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-six, known as the budget bill, be supplemented and amended by adding to title II, section three thereof, the following:
TITLE II--APPROPRIATIONS.

Sec. 3. Appropriations from other funds.

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement this account in the budget act for fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven, by providing for a new item of appropriation to be established therein to appropriate other funds in the amount of seventy thousand dollars for the operation of the West Virginia board of examiners for speech-language pathology and audiology.
