A BILL to repeal section fifteen-d, article two, chapter forty-
eight of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine
hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to child support
beyond the age of eighteen; and educational expenses.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 2. DIVORCE, ANNULMENT AND SEPARATE MAINTENANCE.
§1. Repeal of section relating to child support beyond the age
eighteen; educational expenses.
Section fifteen-d, article two, chapter forty-eight of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, is hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of
the West Virginia code that continues child support past the age
of eighteen for educational expenses.
