A BILL to amend article one, chapter nineteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section four-c, relating to allowing the department of agriculture to continue its current practice of depositing certain agricultural moneys into a central fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article one, chapter nineteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section four- c, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 1. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.

§19-1-4c. Central depository for fees.
All money collected under this chapter, excluding any designated in article one-a; article two-g; article twenty-one; article twenty-one-a; article twenty-one-b; article twenty-three; article twenty-five; article twenty-six; article twenty-seven; and that specifically designated for deposit in the general fund in article sixteen-a, section twenty-three, shall be deposited in a special revenue account entitled: "AGRICULTURAL FEES". These moneys shall be expended by the commissioner of agriculture for the purpose of the enforcement and administration of this chapter.

(NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to enable the commissioner of the department of agriculture to continue depositing money received for licenses, fees, fines and other revenue into a central fund (FUND 1401). The bill does not increase or add any fees.
