AN ACT making a supplementary appropriation from the balance of
moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven,
in the department of administration, West Virginia prosecuting
attorneys institute, account no. fund 2521, fiscal year 1997,
organization 0228, all supplementing and amending the
appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven.
Whereas, The governor has established that there now remains
an unappropriated balance in the West Virginia prosecuting
attorneys institute, account no. fund 2521, fiscal year 1997,
organization 0228, available for expenditure during the fiscal year
ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety- seven; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven, to account no. fund 2521, fiscal year 1997, organization 0228, be
supplemented and amended by increasing the total appropriation by
four thousand five hundred eighty-six dollars in the line items as
follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement this account in the budget act for the fiscal year
ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety- seven by adding four thousand five hundred eighty-six dollars to
the existing appropriation.
