A BILL to repeal §7-25-1, §7-25-2, §7-25-3, §7-25-4, §7-25-5, §7-25-6, §7-25-7,§7-25-8, §7-25-9, §7-25-10, §7-25-11, §7-25-12, §7-25-13, §7-25-14, §7-25-15, §7-25-16, §7-25-17, §7-25-18, §7-25-19, §7-25-20, §7-25-21, §7-25-22, §7-25-23, §7-25-24, §7-25-25 and §7-25-26 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to eliminating resort districts.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§1. Repeal of article creating resort area districts.

            §7-25-1, §7-25-2, §7-25-3, §7-25-4, §7-25-5, §7-25-6, §7-25-7,§7-25-8, §7-25-9, §7-25-10, §7-25-11, §7-25-12, §7-25-13, §7-25-14, §7-25-15, §7-25-16, §7-25-17, §7-25-18, §7-25-19, §7-25-20, §7-25-21, §7-25-22, §7-25-23, §7-25-24, §7-25-25 and §7-25-26 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are hereby repealed.

 


            NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal Article 25 of Chapter 7 of the West Virginia Code.
