A BILL to amend article twenty-one, chapter thirty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section sixteen, relating to continuation of the board of examiners of psychologists .

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article twenty-one, chapter thirty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section sixteen, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 21. PSYCHOLOGISTS; SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGISTS.
§30-21-16. Continuation of board.
The board of examiners of psychologists shall continue to exist pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, until the first day of July, two thousand twelve, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of that article.


NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue the
Board of Examiners of Psychologists until July 1, 2012, pursuant to the West Virginia Sunset Law.
