AN ACT making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of the Treasury from the balance of federal moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, to the Department of Veterans’ Assistance, Department of Veterans’ Assistance Fund, fund 8858, fiscal year 2025, organization 0613, by increasing an existing appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
WHEREAS, The Governor has established the availability of federal funds for expenditure in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, to fund 8858, fiscal year 2025, organization 0613, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of appropriation as follows:
