A BILL to repeal §4-1-18 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, relating to the preparation and distribution of a
digest or summary of the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §4-1-18 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended,
be repealed.
ARTICLE 1. OFFICERS, MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES; APPROPRIATIONS;
INVESTIGATIONS; DISPLAY OF FLAGS; RECORDS; USE OF
CAPITOL BUILDING; PREFILING OF BILLS AND
RESOLUTIONS; STANDING COMMITTEES; INTERIM MEETINGS;
NEXT MEETING OF THE SENATE.
§1.Repeal of section relating to preparation and distribution of
digest or summary of budget bill.
Section eighteen, article one, chapter four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
Note: The purpose of the bill is to repeal the section of the
code relating to the preparation and distribution of a digest or
summary of the budget bill.
