A BILL to amend and reenact section thirteen, article two-a, chapter five-b of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to the continuation of the office of coalfield community development.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section thirteen, article two-a, chapter five-b of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2A. OFFICE OF COALFIELD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
§5B-2A-13. Continuation of office.
The office of coalfield community development is continued shall continue to exist, until the first day of July, two thousand two, pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, until the first day of July, two thousand seven, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of that article.
