A BILL to amend and reenact
§22-3A-11
of the code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to continuation of
the
office of
explosives and blasting
.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That
§22-3A-11
of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended,
be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 3A. OFFICE OF EXPLOSIVES AND BLASTING.
§22-3A-11. Continuation of office.
The office of explosives and blasting shall continue to exist
pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this
code until the first day of July, two thousand four six, unless
sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the
provisions of that article ten, chapter four of this code
.

(NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue
the
office of
explosives and blasting
until July 1, 2006, pursuant to the West
Virginia sunset law. This bill is recommended by the joint
committee on government operations.
