A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §30-10-20, relating to continuation of the Board of Veterinary Medicine.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated §30-10-20, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 10. VETERINARIANS.

§30-10-20. Continuation of the Board of Veterinary Medicine.

Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, the Board of Veterinary Medicine shall continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand seventeen, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished.


NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue the term of the Board of Veterinary Medicine.
