A BILL to repeal §11-19-1, §11-19-2, §11-19-4, §11-19-4a,
§11-19-4b, §11-19-5, §11-19-5a, §11-19-5b, §11-19-7a,
§11-19-9, §11-19-10, §11-19-11 and §11-19-12 of the code of
West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to repealing the
soft drinks tax.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of article imposing tax on soft drinks.
Article nineteen, chapter eleven of the code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the tax on soft
drinks.
