A BILL to amend and reenact §30-38-19 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to continuation of the real estate appraiser licensing and certification board .

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That
§30-38-19 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 38. THE REAL ESTATE APPRAISER LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION ACT.

§30-38-19. Continuation of board.
The real estate appraiser licensing and certification board shall continue to exist
until the first day of July, two thousand four five, pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of that article ten, chapter four of this code .

(NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue the
real estate appraiser licensing and certification board until July 1, 2005 pursuant to the West Virginia sunset law. This bill is recommended by the joint committee on government operations.
